About the Opportunity We’re expanding our virtual team and looking for people-focused individuals who are ready to learn, grow, and take on a new professional opportunity from home. Rather than spending your day in a traditional office, you’ll connect with members through scheduled online meetings and help them understand programs and options available to them.

Your role is to make the process easy to navigate by answering questions, providing transparent information, and assisting with the necessary online steps.

Experience in the industry is not required. New team members receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and continued support as they develop their skills.

What Your Day May Look Like

Connect with members through phone, email, and virtual meetings Coordinate and manage scheduled online appointments Review available options and provide clear, easy-to-understand information Walk members through digital applications and documentation Respond to questions and provide follow-up assistance Keep electronic records accurate, organized,
