Location: The Chiropractic Wellness Studio – Northeast Edmonton (Clareview)

Job Type: Part-time (25 hours/week) | Starting at $18.00/hour

Availability: Must be available for a variety of weekday mornings/evenings and weekend shifts; approximately 25 hours/week

At The Chiropractic Wellness Studio, we’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Ambassador who radiates positivity, communicates with care, and has a passion for helping others feel their best. Since 2008, our wellness clinic has been a trusted destination for chiropractic and massage therapy, where comfort, kindness, and excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

About You:

You’re not just good with people — you’re great with them! You’re organized, calm under pressure, and take pride in being the friendly, professional face that makes a lasting impression on clients. You believe in teamwork, open communication, and you're committed to continuous improvement. You are extremely confident and proficient with technology; you can quickly learn and toggle between multiple apps and software programs.

What You'll Do:

- Welcome and direct clients with warmth and enthusiasm
- Manage a fast-paced front desk while keeping things organized and efficient
- Schedule appointments via phone, email, and text using our software systems
- Assist clients with direct billing insurance plan submissions
- Prepare treatment rooms and support seamless shift changes
- Liaise between clients and healthcare providers with accuracy and professionalism




- Prioritize and complete a variety of administrative tasks independently and as part of a team

What You Bring:

- Love of technology and a willingness to learn new apps and software
- A high school diploma (Post-secondary education is a strong asset)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally – both in-person and over the phone
