About the Role

Nisto is seeking a highly organized, technically capable, and client-focused Customer Success Advisor to join our team.

This is a hands-on role that combines client relationship management with reporting and operational execution within an enterprise software environment. A significant part of the position involves using Nisto’s approved technology stack and established workflows to support authorized data-loading activities, generate reports, complete recurring deliverables, and ensure accurate information is provided to clients on time.

All client information must be handled in accordance with Nisto’s security, privacy, confidentiality, access-control, and data-retention policies. Access to client information will be limited to what is required to perform assigned responsibilities.

The Customer Success Advisor will manage a portfolio of client accounts and help ensure clients are supported, satisfied, and receiving ongoing value from Nisto’s platform and services.

The successful candidate will also play an important role in client retention, renewal readiness, and Nisto’s recurring revenue.

What You’ll Do

Client Reporting and Technology

- Use Nisto’s approved technology stack and established workflows to support authorized client reporting activities
- Upload, validate, review, and organize client data within approved systems and assigned access permissions
- Generate recurring social impact reports, statements, data extracts, and other client deliverables
- Review reports for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and overall quality
- Deliver reports and other client materials according to established timelines
- Identify missing information, data-quality concerns, and reporting issues
- Work with clients and internal team members to resolve reporting concerns
- Maintain organized records of submissions, reporting activity, outstanding requirements, and completed deliverables
- Learn and effectively use Nisto’s enterprise platform, CRM, reporting tools, and internal workflows
- Handle client information in accordance with Nisto’s security, privacy, confidentiality, and data-retention policies
- Support improvements to Nisto’s reporting processes, technology workflows, and client deliverables

Client Success and Account Management

- Manage and support a portfolio of Nisto client accounts
- Serve as a consistent and trusted point of contact for clients
- Support client onboarding,



implementation, training, and platform adoption
- Maintain regular communication regarding reporting requirements, timelines, outstanding items, and upcoming deliverables
- Help clients understand and receive value from Nisto’s enterprise software platform and reporting services
- Respond to client questions and coordinate internal support when required
- Conduct client check-ins, progress meetings, and business reviews
- Track client commitments, deadlines, action items, risks, and deliverables
- Build strong relationships with clients, project teams, and other key stakeholders
- Ensure client concerns and requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Maintain appropriate confidentiality and professional discretion in all client interactions

Client Retention and Revenue Stability

- Support client satisfaction, retention, and renewal readiness
- Monitor account health and client engagement
- Identify potential account or retention risks before they become larger issues
- Escalate client concerns, service issues, and account risks appropriately
- Support the resolution of issues that could affect client satisfaction or renewal
- Reinforce the value clients receive from Nisto’s platform and services
- Identify opportunities to strengthen or expand existing client relationships
- Contribute to Nisto’s revenue stability through reliable service delivery, client retention, and account growth

Internal Processes and Collaboration

- Follow established Customer Success processes, reporting workflows, and information-security requirements
- Maintain complete and accurate client information in Nisto’s CRM
- Document client communications, decisions, risks, and next steps
- Manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities
- Participate in internal account reviews, team meetings, and planning sessions
- Collaborate with Nisto’s leadership, product, and operational teams
- Follow role-based access requirements and only access information required to complete assigned work
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and follow through on commitments
- Recommend improvements to client service, reporting, and internal processes

What You’ll Bring

- 2–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, SaaS, enterprise software, reporting, professional services, or a related role
- Experience with data-loading and data-import platforms such as Dromo, Flatfile, or similar tools
- Experience managing multiple client accounts, projects, or recurring deliverables
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly
- Experience working with CRM systems and technology-enabled workflows
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience preparing reports, reviewing data,



or producing client deliverables
- An understanding of data privacy, confidentiality, information security, and appropriate access controls
- The ability to follow established security, privacy, confidentiality, and data-retention policies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to independently manage deadlines and competing priorities
- A proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through

Post-secondary education in business, commerce, communications, information systems, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Nice to Have

- Experience working in a SaaS, enterprise software, technology, reporting, construction, infrastructure, or professional services environment
- Experience supporting major projects or complex stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with social impact, Indigenous economic participation, community benefits, workforce reporting, or responsible business practices
- Experience preparing recurring executive or client-facing reports
- Experience supporting renewals or identifying account risks
- Experience working within formal information-security, privacy, or data-governance frameworks
- Familiarity with role-based access controls and secure data-handling practices
- Confidence communicating with project teams, senior leaders, and external clients
