About the Role

This role is suited for someone with strong Salesforce administration experience, data migration expertise, SOQL proficiency, and the ability to lead validation and reconciliation activities in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support data migration planning, validation, and execution activities.
- Use SOQL to write complex queries for validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, record types, and migration dependencies.
- Document migration findings, validation results, issues, and remediation steps.
- Work independently through ambiguity in complex multi-stakeholder environments.





What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years of overall experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Proficiency in SOQL and complex data-validation queries.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, and record types.
- Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL tools.

Nice to Have
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud.
- Experience migrating patient data in healthcare or pharmaceutical domains.
