REVEL Realty is a rapidly growing brokerage, and we are looking to fill the role of a Deal /Transaction Administrator who can join our team to support our growing network of agents across Ontario. Our headquarters is based out of Niagara Falls, Ontario. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, positive, organized, thorough person to join our team.

The candidate must have a strong attention to detail and accuracy, and is responsible for overseeing the deals process for the brokerage, which is at the core of this business. It is critical that this individual has a strong background in real estate, with a minimum of 5 years in the industry.

The incumbent will need to be highly organized, have a strong work ethic and background using deals transaction software. As this is a highly visible role, the incumbent will have solid communication skills and customer service skills, ensuring timely and accurate responses, flow of work and follow-ups when needed.

The following is a list of the primary job duties and responsibilities:

- Responsible for processing and closing of all transactions and deals in a web-based program, taking ownership of the process from inception to completion. This includes document filing, preparation of commission statements and completion of all files, meeting all regulatory body and provincial laws.
- Calculation of all commission payouts, ensuring efficiency for all agents and cooperating agents. Preparing and processing all agent commission payments.
- Documentation and record keeping for all files, including ongoing review and identification of any deficiencies or discrepancies.
- Responsible for all follow-ups when necessary. Timely communication with all agents, lawyers,



cooperating brokerages, etc., to ensure the efficient processing of all transactions.
- Managing the overall process for the department, ensuring the most efficient and effective approach to provide the best customer service to our agents and their clients.
- Preparing monthly reporting for the leadership team at REVEL Realty. Attendance at necessary meetings for all items pertaining to the Deals department or as needed.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and changes, bringing forward any recommendations to leadership for opportunity to implement best business practices for the brokerage.
- Keeping the internal team up to date with any challenges, opportunities and issues being faced internally.
- Oversee and execute special projects or initiatives, as they arise.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in deal processing at a brokerage
- Customer service oriented, taking a people first approach to all interactions for the organization (internal and external).
- Proficient using real estate Transaction Management Programs.
- Proficiency in other programs such as Lonewolf software, BrokerBay, Backoffice, Real Desk, MLS system and Google for business is preferred.
- Strong background in the deal transaction process in real estate (residential and commercial).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask, with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
