Starts August 31. Bountiful Chef is seeking a delivery driver, dishwasher, and server for in-school hot lunches. We are a school hot lunch caterer and are seeking someone to join our team to deliver meals to schools in a company cargo van, travel to another school for lunch service, and then return to our headquarters to wash dishes. Position is Monday-Thursday 9:00-3:00; Friday 11:00-3:00. $16/hr.

All school holidays and summers will be off. Great opportunity for someone with a young family or wanting a position to fit with other work.

Basic structure of an average day will look like:

8:30am: load delivery van with cambros (large insulated food boxes).

9:15-11:00: Deliver meals to ~5 schools or daycares and return to HQ

11:30-1:00: Drive to Lycée International de Calgary and unload meals there, with school service to follow

1:30-3:00: Wash dishes back at HQ (4630 Macleod Trail SW)

Do not apply if unable to do any of the following:

- provide clean driver’s abstract and be comfortable driving cargo van
- provide at own cost police background check with vulnerable sector search. This cost will be reimbursed at the end of the school year if staying in the position.




- lift and move large 50-75 pound insulated food boxes, as well as maneuver through ice and snow in the winter. This includes lifting and twisting 50-75lb into a cargo van, approximately 2-3 feet off the ground.
- comfortable interacting with and serving children
- speak fluent English The job itself is very straightforward, but we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, positive and personable, willing to jump in if needed in other areas, and overall be a team player. Much of this job will be done on your own. We are a company that looks out for one another and work together to create a strong working environment.
