Insight Global is looking for an PC Support Technician to join our client in the HCM space. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users in a timely and efficient manner. Your primary responsibilities will include desk-side support and diagnosing issues related to laptop, desktop, and printers.

You will also be responsible for the setup of devices and equipment for recent users. You will be required to provide support to all associates onsite and must be fully bilingual (French/English).

Required Skills

- 3-5 years of experience L1/L2 tech support
- Experience with desktop, laptop, printer setup/troubleshooting/diagnostics
- Experience using ticketing systems
- Able to work in Montreal, QC
