This role contributes to efficient, cost-effective operations while maintaining product integrity and regulatory compliance.This Teammate Will Be Responsible ForPackaging Department DutiesOperate and support packaging line equipment, including fillers, labelers, and automated case packersExecute production tasks in accordance with work orders and production schedulesPerform quality checks to ensure products meet established specificationsPrepare packaging lines and equipment for daily operations in a timely mannerAssist with product transfers, including moving and setting up pumps and hosesMaintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with GMP standardsAdhere to all Health & Safety policies, HACCP requirements,



and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targetsIdentify and report equipment or quality issues promptlyPerform other duties as assignedHarvest Labour DutiesTruck receiving and forklift work loading and unloading grape bins from trucks. Washing and stacking grape bins.Processing grapes including forklift work dumping grapes into hoppers, preparing ingredients, assisting with pressing and crushing equipment.Moving and setting-up equipment such as pumps and hoses.Cleaning and sanitizing equipment such as presses, destemmers/crushers, pumps, hoses, tanks and tubs.Emptying grape skins from tanks.Other duties as assigned to help support the harvest periodThe Skills, Knowledge And Experience This Teammate Will BringGrade 12 diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a fast-paced, physically demanding manufacturing or production environment preferredForklift certification or experience considered an asset (training provided if required)Mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsCommitment to workplace safety and continuous improvementPositive attitude with a sense of urgencyAdaptability in a energetic production environmentWorking ConditionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsWillingness to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights)Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during peak harvest periodsWork may be performed in cold,
