SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Digital Marketing Specialist is the digital and creative lead within CIWA’s Communications & Marketing team, responsible for translating organizational, program, fundraising and engagement priorities into compelling digital content and marketing campaigns. The Specialist manages CIWA’s digital channels, social media, website, digital advertising, graphic design and digital content while ensuring consistent application of CIWA's brand.

As part of a collaborative Communications & Marketing team, the Specialist also supports community outreach, events, storytelling, program promotion and public engagement. While digital marketing and creative production are the primary areas of responsibility, the position provides cross-functional support across the department based on priorities, workload and organizational needs. They thrive in a team environment, supporting collaboration by capturing group ideas, ensuring clarity in messaging, and driving meetings toward explicit outcomes.
