governance, milestones, decision rights, risks, communications, and success measures.
- Coordinate stakeholders and ensure process design, configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, controls, training, cutover, support, readiness, stabilization, adoption, and benefits realization; escalate material gaps and maintain executive visibility.

Portfolio, Vendor, Data, and Risk Management

- Manage software budgets, licensing, utilization, renewals, vendors, contracts, service levels, portfolio metrics, rationalization, and decommissioning.
- Partner with IT, cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and risk resources to govern integrations, data, access controls, business continuity, third-party risk, artificial intelligence, and automation.

Change Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement

- Build trusted relationships with partners, leaders, staff, vendors, and service providers; lead assigned employees and cross-functional teams with clear accountability and a strong service orientation.
- Lead communications, training, adoption, documentation, support, and application ownership; develop internal champions, contribute to the firm's business plan, and keep the COFO and stakeholders informed.

- Owns the software portfolio, application roadmap, governance standards, and leadership of the IT implementation and process teams within approved strategy and budgets; may require appropriate business, security, privacy, integration, control, and implementation reviews.
- Recommends software selection, sequencing, renewal, expansion, consolidation, or retirement; may pause or escalate unresolved concerns and is accountable for recommendation quality, implementation governance, adoption, stabilization, and approved advantages.

Measures of Success

- Manage current software inventory, clear ownership, disciplined governance, an approved roadmap, credible business cases, and controlled spending.
