We're hiring a Director, Administration & Operations.

CBB Canada is a registered Canadian charity working across humanitarian relief, clean water, education, food security, and community support, both here at home and internationally. As the work grows, we need someone to build the operational foundation that holds it all together.

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role leads finance administration, human resources, governance, IT, risk management, and compliance. It sits on our senior leadership team, and it is very much a build role. You would be shaping systems and policy, not simply maintaining what already exists.

We are looking for someone with at least seven years of progressive management experience, including three years leading multidisciplinary teams, who is comfortable supporting a Board and confident with budgets and compliance.

-Position type: Four month fixed-term contract (hybrid), then full time permanent (on-site)

-Salary: CAD $50,000 to $60,000 annually
