THE POSITION
Libra Software Group is seeking a highly driven Director, Corporate Development, to lead the next stage of growth within our M&A; origination function. This is a “player-coach” leadership role designed for an elite business development professional who combines exceptional personal sourcing capabilities with the ability to build and develop high-performing team.
The Business Development
Director will be responsible for building and leading a team of professionals dedicated to sourcing, qualifying, nurturing, and growing a pipeline of acquisition opportunities for our internal M&A; team. Additionally, the Director will be tasked with developing a comprehensive M&A; business development strategy and a long-term roadmap for the team, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality acquisition opportunities.
