We’re looking for an experienced People leader to shape and lead our People & Culture strategy while overseeing our Scheduling and People & Culture teams.

This is a key leadership role with a direct impact on the success and growth of Hero Home Care as we expand across the country and continue to revolutionize how care is delivered.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is a culture-driven, hands-on People & HR leader
- Has strong knowledge of BC Employment Standards
- Thrives in a quick-paced, service-driven environment
- Loves building systems, programs and processes
- Is a natural problem solver who identifies inefficiencies and gets to the root cause
- Can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
- Believes in rolling up their sleeves and getting into the details
