The Vancouver Division of Family Practice is looking for a locum family physician to cover maternity leave from July 2, 2026, to March 15, 2027. Take on a full-time role with a versatile schedule at a leading clinic.
In this position at the Vancouver Family Practice Centre, situated in the City Square Shopping Centre, you will join a diverse team of physicians committed to comprehensive patient care. This role includes four half days of work, two days of inbox coverage, and some evening and weekend calls. The clinic is open to discussing partial coverage arrangements based on individual availability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing patient care throughout the maternity leave
• Offer appointments both virtually and in person




• Ensure continuity of care using the FPSC portal
• Collaborate with physician colleagues for patient management
• Fulfill evening and weekend on-call responsibilities
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid medical license in Canada
• Experience in family medicine is essential

• Familiarity with the CHR EMR system
