Pay range: $19.50 - $22.00 per hour additional per hour wage enhancement of $5.05 – level 2

Join our fun, skilled team of multicultural ECE’s through the following RESPONSIBILITES:

· Be our brand CHAMPION, representing our nonprofit out of school care program.

· Implement daily, weekly and professional development (PD) day activities and programs.

· Work, instruct and supervise the children of our program.

· Actively interact with children individually and in groups, walking children to and from school (1 block away).

· You are professional and respectful with all parents and guardians, communicating effectively.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming program environment.

· Assist with daily attendance tracking and record keeping.

· Support compliance with childcare licensing requirements and program policies.





· Maintain confidentiality in accordance with organizational policies.

· Participate in monthly staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

· Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleanup procedures.

· Follow all health, safety, and workplace regulations.

· Support enhanced cleaning and sanitization practices to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

· Additional tasks as assigned

Certifications & Requirements The successful candidate must possess, or be willing to obtain:

- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Certification.
- Standard First Aid and CPR Certification.
- WHMIS Certification.
- Alberta Food Safety Basics Certification.
- Alberta Health and Safety Basics for Child Care Providers
- AHS Supporting Healthy relationships with food: A guide for ELCC Educators
- SunSense Certification.
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
- Skilled and personal references.
