Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher and Early Childhood Educator/IT to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

The Early Childhood

Teacher will work closely with children, families, and colleagues to support each child's individual learning journey and ensure a safe, inclusive classroom setting.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and learning.
- Observe and assess children's developmental progress, documenting milestones and identifying areas needing additional support.
- Provide caregiving duties including supervision during activities, meals, and rest periods.
- Collaborate with families to communicate children's progress and address any concerns or special needs.




- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate children with diverse backgrounds and abilities, including those with disabilities.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Engage in ongoing career development to stay current with early childhood education best practices.

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings is preferred.
- Classroom experience in early childhood education is highly desirable.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to teach, care for, and engage young children effectively.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and age-appropriate teaching methods is essential. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
