Education Assistant Overview We are seeking a caring, energetic qualified to provide learning and day-to-day support for a school-aged child in a home-based learning environment. This role blends educational support with daily care, working closely with parents to support the child's emotional, social, and academic growth. Key Responsibilities Provide nurturing, responsive care and support daily routines and transitions Encourage healthy habits, independence, and emotional regulation Deliver and support a personalized learning curriculum Collaborate with parents on planning, ideas, and daily progress updates Ensure daily physical activity and outdoor time Schedule 40 hours/week Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM, plus 7.5 flexible hours for prep, admin, or debriefing Qualifications Valid driver's license and own vehicle Strong understanding of child development and emotional regulation Experience or training as an OCT, ECE, Education Assistant, Child & Youth Care Worker, or similar (preferred) Compensation $80,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Transportation allowance and health benefits package Apply Now
