We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Teach students in grade K-8, focusing on improving their English language skills including reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and literature analysis.
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior.
- Organize extracurricular activities such as reading challenges,



storytelling sessions, or public speaking workshops.
- Encourage students to participate in writing contests or community events to practice their skills.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

- Strong knowledge of English language arts curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
