- Build Beacon’s employment legal function from scratch
- Partner with HR on employment agreements and policies
- Advise on terminations and terminations management
- Manage employment claims and disputes effectively
- Create a library of templates and employment playbooks

Requirements:

- J.D. or LL.B. from an accredited Canadian law school
- 6+ years of employment law experience
- Deep knowledge of Canadian employment law
- Proven ability in handling employee separations
- Strong communication skills for non-legal partners
