We are looking for tutors to teach English and/or Mathematics to students in Grades 1 through 12. Mandarin is an asset for math tutors, but not required.

Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver lessons in English and/or Math
- Prepare materials based on the Ontario curriculum
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Communicate with students and parents
- Assign and correct homework
- Keep records of lessons and attendance

Qualifications & Skills

- Teaching or tutoring experience (1 years preferred)
- Familiarity with the Ontario curriculum
- Robust communication and classroom management skills
- Fluent in English
- Mandarin is an asset but not required
- Reliable and available for in‑person teaching downtown

Requirements

- Available evenings and weekends
- Police Reference Check required prior to employment

Job Type: Part‑time, 8–20 hours per week

Salary: $25–$50/hour, based on experience

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
