The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Acceptable attendance at current and previous work history is mandatory and will be verified. Maintaining attendance while in this position is critical in order to maintain your position with SMART. Job Type: Full time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Responsibilities Managing large amounts of inbound calls promptly and effectively answering questions Following the call center and client “scripts” when handling different topics Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching each issue, and providing solutions Strong active listening skills Process payments and amounts correctly Ability to operate in a fast–paced,



multi-tasking environment with deadlines Proactively provide solutions to both the internal team and externally to customers Qualifications People-oriented – enjoys interacting with people and working in a group atmosphere Achievement-oriented – enjoys the challenge and continues working even through failures Strong computer background using MS Word, Excel, and the Internet Proven sales and/or customer service success within an inbound call center environment Veterans of the Armed Forces are valued and are a great asset to our team!
