We are a family of three cantered around our adorable almost 14-month-old son. Our days are a mix of meaningful work and toddler milestones. my partner works with the team at MOSAIC, while I work as a Care aide in the Nanaimo Hospital. We are looking for a baby sitter on Monday to Friday 2:00 PM to 5:00 only. My Partner works at 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. I work on a Rotational shift which 3-5 days Monday-Friday Depends on the rotation. I start from 3PM to 11PM and sometimes 11PM to 7AM. so If there is available for on call much better for my rotational shift. Duties for my son for 3hrs is only Diaper change, Playing with him or put him for a nap. Our son is a positive sleeper, He naps twice a day 1hr-2hr sometimes we are willing to pay $22 per hr.
