We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead our lead generation team in Calgary and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Supervise the lead generation team who provide free lawn care estimates to prospective clients. Assign areas to solicit, drive and walk within Calgary and surrounding areas for up to 6 hours. Check the validity of marketing leads. Transport the lead generation team to and from specific areas of the city with the company vehicle. Lead the team in structure and goal setting by coaching and motivating.
