Candidates should have recent experience in cardiac monitoring or telemetry, along with a strong background in patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and develop nursing diagnoses
• Collaborate on care plans with families and caregivers
• Coordinate nursing care and delegate tasks

Requirements:
• RN registration with BCCNM
• One year recent cardiac monitoring experience
• Completion of relevant critical care courses
• Basic Rescuer Certificate
