Job Summary:

Assists in the maintenance and calibration of equipment used in Clinical Operations and supports coordination of maintenance and repair activities. Assists in the review of calibration results and maintenance of calibration history files, logs, and required documentation. Supports troubleshooting of general equipment issues and assists in ensuring that equipment is calibrated and maintained as per SOPs and relevant GxP regulations.

Core Responsibilities:

- Assist in completing day-to-day maintenance tasks and support the upkeep of equipment.
- Assist in maintaining and recording issues that occur during the course of the day, including completed testing and any problems encountered.
- Support regular inspection of the physical condition of clinical equipment
- Assist in recognizing routine and non-routine problems and report to the manager.
- Support troubleshooting, repair, maintenance,



and calibration of general equipment in Clinical Operations under supervision.
- Assist in maintaining calibration records, instrument tagging, change control documentation, and deviation notifications.
- Support maintenance of inventory for all equipment and devices used in Clinical Operations.
- Assist in the procuring, monitoring and managing of all spare parts and consumables.
- Support writing and updating SOPs / Work Instructions relating to calibration and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain valuable documentation practices and effective communication with the team.
- Ensure compliance with appropriate Cliantha’s SOPs, GLP, GDP and ICH guidelines.
- Provide support and assistance as may be required by the Equipment Specialist or the Management.
