Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments such as facials, RF, LPG, Hair removal, ... with precision and care.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products tailored to each client’s needs.
- Engage with clients at the front desk to schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.
- Drive retail sales by confidently upselling skincare products and treatment packages that meet clients’ goals.




- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment areas following health regulations.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring clients feel comfortable and satisfied.

Qualifications

- Experience with clinical services is highly preferred; strong technical skills are essential.
- Tagalog-speaking is an asset.
- Proven ability to upsell retail products while maintaining genuine customer service.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about treatments and products.
- Prior experience working at the front desk or in customer service roles is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude that fosters client loyalty.
