The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include: Generate 'Material Take Off' items from mechanical and architectural drawings.

Verify job specifications and requirements with customers.

Cross-reference products from various manufacturers.

Prepare timely job bids using Price and other suppliers’ software.

Manage bid requests from assigned customers in coordination with Sales.

Assist in delivering quotations to customers via phone, email, and in-person.

Promote products from represented suppliers.

Handle phone calls and pricing requests promptly.

The ideal candidate for this position will have: Community College Technical Diploma or equivalent experience (minimum 2 years of estimating experience).

Proficiency in Bluebeam software is advantageous.

Basic math or technology skills are beneficial.

Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle interactions with sensitivity, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.

Outstanding internal and external customer service abilities.

Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
