At NLG, we believe that a project finds success when we collaborate. We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team at Next Level Games!
In this key role, you’ll work closely with cross-disciplined teams to ensure alignment between creative vision, technical execution, and production targets.
Project
Management:Lead multi-disciplinary teams and track the development of features and assets from concept to creation; Strategy and Planning:Support the Leadership team in setting the development strategy, and planning Milestones and Sprints; Apply hands-on knowledge of game development and work closely with creative and technical leads to solve challenges and deliver high quality results. Risk Management:Proactively identify risks and roadblocks; Leverage project management expertise and past production experience to assist in establishing and continuously improving development workflows and processes. Team Health and Morale:Ensure work is appropriately scoped andfostera collaborative setting where team members are motivated and capable of delivering their highest quality work.
Experience leading large,

The hiring range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 CAD annually and is subject to change.
