Join our dynamic team as an Event Helper and be a vital part of creating memorable experiences! In this energetic role, you will assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of various events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and guests feel welcomed. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to the success of each event, providing exceptional guest services and supporting the overall environment.

Most events are within GTA , covering banquet halls, party halls, private spaces, or outdoor venues

Duties

- Off loading cars/ trucks with event equipments such as decorations, setup furniture, flowers and more
- Assist with setting up event spaces at the venue (could be anywhere in GTA) , including arranging tables, chairs to meet event specifications




- Support the breakdown of event setups after completion, including cleaning and packing supplies
- Pack the vehicles with emails boxes after setup, after party pack up all items back into the boxes and load the vehicles again

Qualifications

- ** English literacy
- solid physique to work odd jobs and irregular hours (could range from early morning setups or late night pickups)
- Flexible timings
- personal car to drive to variouslocations is a must

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
