We are currently hiring for two opportunities within our Customer Service team. Both positions share a strong customer service focus, with one opportunity also offering additional exposure to sales and customer solutions.

What you’ll do

- Handle inbound calls from customers across Canada.
- Support customers with inquiries and provide accurate, timely solutions.
- Complete customer transactions in real time while navigating multiple systems.
- Follow up on commitments and escalate unresolved issues when required.
- Build positive customer relationships through active listening, ownership and excellent service.
- Depending on the position, identify opportunities to support additional customer needs and solutions.

What we’re looking for

- Fluency in both French and English is required.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.




- College or University education, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organization and computer skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence, sound judgment, initiative and a strong customer-first mindset.
- Reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, within:

- Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. ATL
- Saturday: 1:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m. ATL, on rotation
