Are you an experienced aesthetician who genuinely loves what you do?

At Flourish Skin Studio, we're looking for a skilled, confident aesthetician to join our team in our beautiful Ottawa Street studio.

We're not a high-volume salon where clients are rushed through appointments. We’re a boutique skin-focused spa offering both holistic and medical aesthetics, and our approach is centred around personalized treatments, education and creating long-term client relationships.

We're looking for someone who is already confident in their core esthetics skills and is excited to work in an environment where quality, professionalism and client experience matter.

What you'll be doing

You’ll provide a range of customized spa and esthetic services while building genuine relationships with your clients. You'll be expected to work independently, maintain a high standard of service and contribute positively to the overall guest experience at Flourish.

Candidate must be proficient in:

- Facials and professional skin treatments
- Manicures
- Pedicures
- Full-body waxing
- Client consultation and home-care recommendations
- Providing exceptional, personalized customer service
- Maintaining professional treatment room and sanitation standards

These skills are strong assets:

- Brazilian waxing
- Structured gel manicures
- Lash lifts
- Brow lamination
- Microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Experience with Eminence Organic Skin Care
- Experience in medical aesthetics

We’re looking for someone who

- Has a minimum of 2 years of experience working as an aesthetician outside of school
- Is confident performing services independently
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills




- Is passionate about skincare, wellness and continuing education
- Takes pride in their work and pays attention to the details
- Is comfortable recommending professional products and services based on a client's needs
- Is reliable, professional and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Works well as part of a small, supportive team
- Is available to work evenings, Fridays and Saturdays, our busiest days

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
