• Assist customers and staff using a Company radio
• Document all necessary incidents in AIIM Case Management
Requirements:
• 0-2 years of experience in retail or security
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Capable of managing time and prioritizing tasks
• Willingness to stand for extended periods
