Our client, a highly regarded law firm in Midtown Toronto, is seeking a Family Lawyer with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate interested in sophisticated family law matters involving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, executives, professionals, and families with complex financial circumstances. Manage family law matters from initial consultation through resolution

Advise clients on separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and property division

Handle complex financial matters involving privately held businesses, trusts, investments, pensions, and significant family assets

Draft pleadings, financial statements, domestic contracts, separation agreements, briefs,



and court materials

2–4 years of family law experience

Member in valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario

Experience managing family law files with increasing independence

Exposure to high-net-worth or financially complex matters is preferred

Strong drafting, negotiation, advocacy, and analytical skills

Work on sophisticated family law matters involving high-net-worth clients
