Hourly Wage: $30.00-$36.00 depending on experience. This position reports directly to Service Manager. The following summarizes some key elements of the role.

Field Service Technician:

- Participate in secure workplace safety, environmentally sound behaviors and practices at all times in support of Battlefield’s health and safety policy programs and initiatives;
- Repair and service equipment on site
- Perform inspections on equipment on job site
- Ensure parts are ordered in a timely manner
- Maneuver efficiently and effectively within the region in all traffic situations
- Provide excellent customer relations in a fast-paced
- Adaptable to on-call work schedules and willing to work in all weather conditions;
- Ensure vehicle is maintained and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Must-haves for this role:

- Field experience in Civil Construction & Engineering, familiarity with construction processes and technology,
- Experience with GPS/GNSS RTK survey solutions, survey theory and heavy equipment,
- Ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry,
- Post-secondary education,
- Effective Communication Skills,
- Positive Attitude.
