Role Description The Film Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Oakville, ON but extends accross the GTA. This position oversees day-to-day installation operations, including scheduling jobs, coordinating field teams, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The role involves monitoring workflow, resolving operational issues, managing inventory related to security film and tints, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

The Operations Team

Lead provides guidance and support to team members, drives continuous process improvements, and ensures a positive customer experience throughout the installation process. This role also collaborates with leadership on workload planning,



resource allocation, and operational policies.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including workflow coordination and process improvement.
- Customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve service issues effectively.
- People management capabilities, including team leadership, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Analytical skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Clear and skilled communication skills for interacting with customers, technicians, and management.
- Experience in field operations, construction, installation services, or a related environment is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site, including occasional time in the field, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic proficiency with scheduling tools and office software; familiarity with CRM or job management systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in operations, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Commitment to safety standards, quality workmanship, and respectful, inclusive teamwork.
