Our client, a global discretionary portfolio management firm, is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time external sales role. Responsibilities:As VP of Retail Wealth for Canada, your primary responsibility will be to attract new clients by promoting the firm’s discretionary portfolio management services. The firm has achieved exceptional growth in Canada, its strongest international market outside the US.

Candidate:You are an experienced Investment Advisor with a proven track record of success who wants to focus exclusively on sales. You are highly motivated, performance-driven, and committed to achieving outstanding results through a strong and consistent work ethic. Requirements:

- IIROC Licensed – CIM or CFA Level 1 preferred; MBA is an asset.
- Minimum 3 years in a direct HNW & UHNW client-facing role.
- Extensive experience across ALL retail investment asset classes.
- Strong, high-performing closer mindset.

Compensation:
- Base salary: $100K commission and bonuses
- Sales potential: $200K–$300K (uncapped)
