Senior Change Manager, People Change Management (Contract)Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 81 Bay Street) Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) On site expectation: Tuesday and Wednesday plus every third Friday, with flexibility for additional in person sessions as needed Contract length: 9 months, with potential extension Rate: $95 to $105 per hourAbout the roleWe are seeking a Senior Change Manager to support people focused change initiatives across Personal and Business Banking. You will lead end user adoption and engagement for medium to high complexity initiatives impacting frontline teams, including banking centers and contact centers. This role blends strategy with hands on delivery and requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and practical execution skills.You will partner closely with project managers, business subject matter experts, and internal change partners to ensure employees are prepared, supported, and equipped to adopt new ways of working.What you will doDesign and execute end to end people change management strategies and tactical plansConduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness assessmentsBuild and deliver engagement plans that drive adoption across frontline audiencesLead and facilitate change activities such as town halls, focus groups, leadership updates, and frontline presentationsCreate and deliver change materials including playbacks, communications content,
