The serve the construction and mining industries and operates in Eastern Canada.LocationThis role will be based in OttawaResponsibilitiesEstablish and manage warranty tracking systems, response times, and documentation requirements.Coordinate with RTM and internal teams for handover, defect liability, performance standards, and closeout of issues.Analyze recurring defect trends and drive root‑cause actions with construction and systems teams.Ensure alignment between commissioning, handover, and warranty obligations; track KPIs and service levels.Prepare commercial summaries and leadership briefings on warranty posture and risk.QualificationsExperience with LRT lifecycle, commissioning, and warranty/sub‑warranty frameworks.Understanding of performance requirements, service levels, and interface agreements (e.G., with RTM).Strong data tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with common construction systems (e.G., SharePoint,
