We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce) to deliver end-to‑end project implementation and serve as a subject‑matter expert on Salesforce’s Financial Services Cloud and CRM Analytics for a Top Five Bank. Client Big 5 Bank Location Hybrid; 2 days a week in Toronto Terms 7‑Month Contract with strong possibility of extension or conversion to full‑time based on project budget & candidate performance. Hours 37.5 hours/week Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Rate $60‑70/hr T4 What You’ll Be Doing You’ll lead complex projects to design strategic solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture roadmap. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support end‑to‑end project implementation, act as a subject‑matter expert in both business and technology, and collaborate with a diverse team to build flexible, innovative solutions that deliver a best‑in‑class client experience. Understanding & documenting requirements – work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements, facilitate solution design discussions, and build strong relationships. Solution design – build client‑focused solutions, prepare and validate solution design documents, clarify scope, define requirements, and conduct quality assurance. Leading & mentoring – support end‑to‑end implementation, guide a diverse team of technology and project professionals, maintain a cooperative work environment, and resolve organizational, operational, and process issues. Required Skills Hands‑on experience supporting the Salesforce CRM platform. 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst with proven experience in agile delivery on large and complex projects. Experience with Dashboarding, Analytics, and Financial Services Cloud. Combination of traditional business‑analysis and agile techniques, including system context diagrams, use cases, storyboards, and relative estimation. Experience in requirements planning and prioritization,



stakeholder analysis, and effort estimation. Requirement elicitation techniques such as data analysis, document analysis, interviews, facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, and surveys. Requirements management and communication – walkthroughs, scope and change management, traceability, configuration management, backlog management, user provisioning & prioritization. Nice‑to‑have Experience working in Scrum environments. Salesforce Administrator certification. Critical thinking and design thinking skills with experience in user‑centered design.
