What can you expect in this role?

Reporting to an Actuarial Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to projects in reserving, financial planning, and economic capital modelling using state-of-the-art models and innovative approaches. You will develop deep knowledge of actuarial operations and the insurance business, including predictive modelling, underwriting, claims handling, product development, reserving, estimation of policy liabilities, planning and/or forecasting.

What you’ll be doing

AI & Knowledge Management

- Assist in designing and configuring AI-powered assistants using Gemini and other no-code AI tools
- Support the development and maintenance of a centralized knowledge repository using NotebookLM
- Review, organize, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation
- Help create AI prompts, workflows,



and conversational experiences that enable employees to quickly access information
- Test and validate AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy, relevance, and usability

Process Improvement

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand information needs and operational challenges
- Document existing processes and workflows

Collaboration & Project Support

- Work closely with leaders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Support change management and user adoption activities
- Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables

Research & Innovation

- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and industry trends
- Research best practices related to generative AI, knowledge management, and digital transformation
- Share recommendations for improving business processes and employee experiences

What you bring:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and process improvement.
- Experience using AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.




- Ability to organize, analyze, and simplify large amounts of information and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable learning new technologies and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience building no-code or low-code AI solutions is considered an asset.
