With renewed long-term commercial contracts supporting our offshore passenger transportation and Search & Rescue operations, Cougar Helicopters is seeking a Flight Follower to join our team and help keep our flight operations connected, informed, safe, and efficient.

What You’ll Do

- Monitor and coordinate daily flight activity and aircraft movements
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date flight schedules and operational information
- Track aircraft using SkyRouter
- Monitor destination weather and communicate relevant updates
- Relay departure, arrival, and other operational information
- Support emergency response procedures and operational reporting
- Assist the Base Flight Operations Manager with daily operational requirements

What You Bring

- Restricted Aeronautical Radio Licence
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort working with computers, radio equipment, and communication systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Aviation experience is preferred
- Clean Code of Conduct
