Key Responsibilities:

· Gain deep knowledge of the seasonal menu and daily specials to offer personalized, expert recommendations to members.

· Develop extensive knowledge of wine list and proper wine service techniques.

· Demonstrate proficiency in creating, making and serving a variety of alcoholic beverages, including craft cocktails, beers, and fine wines.

· Efficiently utilize the Jonas POS system for accurate order input and presentation.

· Proactively meet member needs to ensure a smooth, personalized dining experience and lasting satisfaction.

· Maintain table settings as per the standards and adhere to the highest standards of etiquette and service.

· Collaborate effectively with fellow team members, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and shared excellence.

· Build and maintain relationships with members,



providing personalized service and anticipating their preferences.

· Complete pre-shift and closing duties, ensuring adequate stock levels and readiness.

· Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and staff meetings.

· Uphold the highest standards and always conduct yourself professionally.

· Treat fellow staff members with respect and courtesy, maintaining a positive work workplace.

· Work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.

Relevant Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in fine dining preferred; banquet/catering experience is a plus.
- Ability to work professionally in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Smart Serve Certified.
- Familiarity with the Club’s POS System (JONAS) is an asset.
