In-Home Assisted Living Inc. (IHAL) is looking for reliable Personal Support Workers who are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients. You will assist with daily living activities, ensure safe mobility, and provide companionship. A PSW certificate and a minimum of one year’s experience in caregiving are required for applicants. Your role will be crucial in fostering a supportive environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with essential daily activities like dressing and hygiene
• Facilitate secure walking and transfers for clients




• Conduct light housekeeping tasks to ensure a tidy environment
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and dietary needs
• Document daily observations and assist with medication reminders
Requirements:
• PSW Certificate is compulsory
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are a must
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification needed
• Possess strong communication skills
