We are currently seeking Production Technicians to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role is ideal for motivated individuals who are proficient with hand tools, comfortable using digital systems, and capable of adapting to various stages of the production process. However training will take place on the day shift: Monday to Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Starting wage $20.00/hour. Key ResponsibilitiesUse computerized terminals various production stations to access customer specifications, operator process machines and input production data Inspect tires for debris and damage Operate hand tools and machines to complete the retreading process Inspect, identify and remove damage, repair, apply tread, prep for processing, use vulcanization technology and complete quality checks of tires in process Move large commercial truck tires (30–50 lbs)
