Role Description The Forward Deployed Engineer is a full-time, remote role responsible for building, integrating, and maintaining technical solutions that support clients’ revenue operations and go-to-market systems. Day-to-day work includes designing and implementing back-end services, APIs, and data workflows; developing software features that connect Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and internal platforms; and troubleshooting and optimizing existing integrations and applications. The role involves collaborating closely with consultants, Rev Ops specialists,



and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions.

The engineer will also contribute to technical documentation, perform code reviews, and help improve deployment practices and system performance across client environments.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming using modern languages and frameworks
- Experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, microservices, and database-driven applications
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices
- Experience integrating with SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation tools) is highly beneficial
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, managing time, priorities, and communication proactively
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
