Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, precision, and quality in every project.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, from residential to commercial projects, contributing to the creation of durable and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans
- Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes or forklifts when necessary for material handling and positioning
- Install siding, concrete forms, and other exterior or interior finishing elements to meet project specifications
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks to create sturdy foundations and structural elements
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged framing or structures




- Use welding techniques where required to join metal components securely during framing or renovation work

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics
- Strong knowledge of carpentry principles, woodworking, and construction practices
- Experience with concrete forming, finishing, and related masonry skills
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Familiarity with siding installation, concrete finishing techniques, and welding processes
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and working in demanding environments
- Excellent attention to detail combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
