We’re looking for a friendly, professional individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in rapid-paced environments. Every day is different — you’ll welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, make reservations, solve problems and share your local knowledge. Most importantly, you’ll help ensure every guest feels genuinely welcome.

What you’ll bring

- Previous hotel, front desk or customer service experience is an asset, but attitude matters most.

What you’ll do





- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.

- Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments and guest requests.

- Answer calls and provide helpful local recommendations.

- Communicate with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

- Help maintain a safe, welcoming and memorable guest experience.
