Bel Air Tremblant is looking for an experienced general manager that has experience in the Boutique hotel environment. Our future General Manager will lead day-to-day operations and elevate the guest experience with a boutique-hotel mindset.The candidate needs to be hands-on; he needs to be anentrepreneurial hospitality leader with strong operational experience across all departments, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B/experiences, staffing, budgeting, and service standards. He should understand how to maneuver in a small structure and get things done. He needs to be able to handle our accounting team, all financial data, profitability, projections. Our group is very data driven.He should preferably have an experience in the province of Quebec but it is not a must, he should preferably speak french but not a must since our team is Bilingual. Candidates should have a good understanding of maintenance and be able to diagnose issues to make sure that the maintenance team is properly monitored. Luxury glamping is a great market but poses more difficulties specifically as far maintenance for obvious reasons, our resort is spread on 100 acres and includes a total of 50 small buildings.
