Gibraltar Construction is hiring an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial tenant improvement projects across the Lower Mainland.This role is ideal for a PM who wants end-to-end ownership - from estimating and pre-construction through delivery and close-out - with performance rewarded through a profit-based commission structure.What you’ll doManage multiple commercial TI projectsEstimate and price workCoordinate site teams, trades, and consultantsManage budgets, changes, and client relationshipsWhat we’re looking for10+ years commercial PM experience (TI preferred)Solid construction and sequencing knowledgeComfortable estimating and managing work start to finishCompensationBase: $70k–$90kCommission: $20k–$60k+ (based on project profit)If you’re a PM who wants responsibility, accountability, and upside tied to performance, we’d like to talk.
