- 6+ years of software development experience with Microsoft technologies
- Strong C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core experience
- Strong SQL Server and Entity Framework skills
- Hands-on REST API development
- Strong Angular experience preferred; React also considered
- JavaScript / TypeScript experience
- Enterprise application development and production support
- Source control, CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile experience

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications
- Build REST APIs, backend services, and integrations
- Develop automation and operational tooling
- Troubleshoot and support production applications
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
- Improve application quality through testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps
